I have trained with Bryant for almost 2 years now and he is fantastic. He is full of knowledge and always gives you insight into why your doing something and how it works which I find really useful. I’ve had 1:1 sessions and a group woman’s boxing class on a Thursday which always pushes us to our max whilst mainly having fun. Great PT would seriously recommend.

Fantastic PT, very knowledgeable and encouraging to get the best out of me. I train with two other ladies and Bryant can always run a session to suit us all. I’ve been having weekly gym sessions with Bryant for a number of years now, and have enjoyed every single one. I’ve lost around 18kg over that time, dropped three dress sizes and feel so much better in myself physically and mentally. I’m stronger than I ever have been and now continue to do the best I can with Bryant including now heavy weight lifting which I love. He’s extremely passionate and knowledgable, I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!

About Me

I am Bryant Faulkner.

I have been coaching and personal training people for 5 years now for all different kinds of goals, losing weight, training for a competition, for health and for pre and post natal.  

I have been in fitness most of my life with many taekwondo wins including a world championship win at 17 years old. I then moved onto Muay Thai kickboxing and MMA. 

Achieving your goals and your dreams is my biggest goal!
